With 20+ years in retail and eCommerce, Jen focuses on providing strategic end-to-end Commerce financial, business, logistics, merchandising, and technologically-driven solutions. Her deep understanding of cross-channel customer experience and internal organizational needs has proven a critical asset in integrating content and commerce-driven websites

Since 2017, Kate has consulted for agencies, startups and brands on various projects, including eCommerce builds and replatforming initiatives, creative campaigns, PMO creation, and content-driven digital marketing projects.
Kate excels at orchestrating blended teams of in-house staff, technology partners, and globally sourced contractors. As simple as it sounds, her strength is getting work done. She breaks through stalled decisions, organizes multiple work streams, and balances project timelines against business needs.
In addition to hands-on program management, Kate is often brought aboard to grow and strengthen in-house PM teams through her coaching and mentorship.
